Today, I had a further positive meeting with train minister Huw Merriman, along with the Managing Director of LNER David Horn, and Sir Edward Leigh and Martin Vickers.
Hopefully we getting nearer to the return of our direct train service to London. It is something I have been lobbying for extensively, and our discussions so far have been very positive.
