Paula Capes works for Greene King's Beechwood Farm as the assistant manager, having gone from an entry level staff member and working her way up to the position. A single mum with no qualifications when she began at Beechwood, Paula has worked hard to achieve her position and it was a pleasure to meet her with her Certificate of Outstanding Achievement, which was awarded to her during her visit to London.
