It was great to visit The Bridge, Franklin College’s new facility, last week and to see the work they’ve done to create a fantastic working environment for their students.
Their new space is very much like one you'd find at a University, which will help students in their progression from school, to college, and then into any further education they wish to pursue. It was evident that students enjoy the new space, with it filling up shortly after the opening event, as students enjoyed the Cafe whilst working on projects and completing work. The space is even used by staff too! There are also designated quiet spaces which students can book in advance for when they need to work on group projects somewhere quiet.
A big well done to Franklin for creating this awesome space for local young people to enjoy. It will go a long way in helping they progression into adult life!
